I'm Alamin Musa Ahmed, a freelance developer at Tailwind Templates (https://tailwind-templates.xyz). This Refund Policy covers premium Tailwind CSS, Next.js, and React template purchases made via Paddle. Free templates are not refundable as they're provided at no cost.

Refund Eligibility

Non-Delivery

If you don't get the template due to my error and I can't fix it within 48 hours.

Defective Template

If a template has major issues (e.g., broken code) and I can't provide a fix promptly.

Accidental Purchase

If you contact me within 24 hours and haven't downloaded or used the template.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Changing your mind after downloading.
• Not knowing how to use the template.
• Minor bugs (I'll fix these quickly).
• Free templates.

Requesting a Refund

• Email tailwindtemplates.xyz@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and issue.
• I may verify the problem (e.g., check delivery).
• Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
