By using my website, downloading free templates, or purchasing premium templates, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use my website.

1. Use of Templates

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use my services.

License

Free Templates:

My Tailwind CSS, Next.js, and React templates are licensed for personal or commercial use, as noted on the download page. You can't resell or redistribute them as standalone products.

Premium Templates:

Buying a template grants you a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial projects. You can't resell or share it as a standalone product.

Prohibited Activities

Don't use my templates for illegal purposes or try to access my site unlawfully.

2. Purchases

• Payments are processed securely by Paddle, my payment processor.
• Prices are listed on my pricing page and may change. You agree to pay the displayed price.
• Templates are digital products delivered instantly after payment.

3. Ownership

• I, Alamin Musa Ahmed, own all templates and website content, protected by copyright laws.
• You can't claim ownership or use templates beyond the license terms.

4. Liability

My templates are provided "as is" without guarantees. I'm not responsible for issues from using my templates, and my liability is limited to what you paid.

5. Termination

• I can suspend your access if you violate these Terms, and your license may end.

6. Changes

I may update these Terms, posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sudan.
